CARPA DESIGN EUROPE, S.L. goes to great lengths to avoid any kind of error in the content that may appear on this Website.

CARPA DESIGN EUROPE, S.L. shall not be liable for any content, commercial activities, products and services, including those accessed directly or indirectly through electronic links, by means of this Website. The presence of links on this Website, unless expressly stated otherwise, shall be merely for informative purposes, hence in no case should they be interpreted as a suggestion, invitation or recommendation regarding the same. These links do not represent any type of relationship between CARPA DESIGN EUROPE, S.L. and the individuals or companies that own the Websites accessed through these links.

Likewise, CARPA DESIGN EUROPE, S.L. shall be not be held liable for any damages or loss that may affect the User as a consequence of errors, defects or omissions in the information facilitated by the company as long as this originates from external sources.

12. Update and amendment of the information:

The information contained on this Website is that in force on the date of its most recent update. CARPA DESIGN EUROPE, S.L. reserves the right to update, modify or delete the information from this Website, as well as being entitled to restrict or not permit access to the same.  13.- Applicable law and jurisdiction:

These Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with common Spanish law.  For all issues that may arise regarding the interpretation, compliance with, termination or resolution of the General Conditions, the Parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Valencia city. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in accordance with Spanish legislation, the courts and tribunals of the applicable domicile shall be competent for resolving all issues that may arise in relation to these General Conditions, in accordance with Article 52 of the Civil Procedure Law or the replacing law that may apply at the time.
